This is a significant infrastructure project for the downtown area that installs new storm drains, sewer section, new gas line, disabled access, street lighting, traffic signals, crosswalks, wider sidewalks, streetscape furnishings and landscaping. Once the new infrastructure is in place, the project continues the theme already completed as part of the First Street electrical undergrounding project and the improvements at the four intersections where Main and State Streets intersect Second and Third Streets.
